Valley Girl Gospel offers books, apparel, home goods, gifts, accessories, and other faith-centered products.
Many of our physical products are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, dimensions, and other details as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, production method, materials, or natural variations in manufacturing.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or change products or Services at any time.
3. ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill an order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information when placing an order.
Because many Valley Girl Gospel products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Changes or cancellations therefore cannot be guaranteed.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout as appropriate.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Because Valley Girl Gospel works with multiple production and fulfillment partners, items from the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Valley Girl Gospel is not responsible for carrier delays or other delays outside our reasonable control.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged items, and order issues are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are made to order, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size, color, or product selection.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Books, devotionals, journals, written materials, illustrations, designs, and other published content sold or displayed by Valley Girl Gospel are provided for personal use unless otherwise expressly stated.

Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from our original content or intellectual property.

Products purchased from Valley Girl Gospel are intended for personal use unless otherwise expressly stated.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the copyrights, trademarks, artwork, written content, designs, or other intellectual property embodied in that product.
