SHIPPING POLICY
Valley Girl Gospel products are created and fulfilled through production and fulfillment partners. Many physical products are made to order, so fulfillment times vary by product type.
ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY
Apparel, mugs, candles, home decor, gifts, and other physical products: Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production, processing, and delivery.
Books: Valley Girl Gospel books are printed and fulfilled by Lulu. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for production, processing, and delivery.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, production volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and their fulfillment location. The amount shown at checkout is the shipping charge applicable to your order.
FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Products may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners and facilities. Items in one order may therefore arrive in separate packages or on different days. Tracking information will be provided when available.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. Because made-to-order products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been submitted.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact valleygirlgospel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
